We got great service from Clean Water VA. We're very happy with our unit, with our sales rep and installer who came to our home, and the price. They're right in line with Culligan fo price and we prefer to support a local family business. I definitely recommend them! We had awful hard Martinsburg water and have had sparkling dishes and soft laundry ever since our softener was put in.

I just wanted to tell you something that you probably don't know but we have been using soft water since 1959 when the business was run by Servisoft (now, Ecowater) and owned by the Butchers. Jim talked us into putting it in our home when I noticed the film on the water I was using for my newborn sons formula. It was gross. I was amazed at the difference the softener made in everything in our home. I have always said that I would give up anything else in my home but the softener. I will not do without it. At that time Jim Butcher told me for every system and recommendation I told people about that he would give me a discount. I lined up many, many people in Strasburg. even businesses. In May, 2018, I purchased an [EcoWater] water system.  I compared 3 other companies, and it is truly a superior system.  I could not be happier.  It delivers everything promised.  Also, I no longer have to lift and haul 40 pounds of salt monthly,  my water is not rusty after back washing, and  my tanks do not sweat anymore.  Its cleaning is completely efficient and automatic.  Also, I purchased ERO 175 drinking water system.  It is also a superior system.  It is so great to have pure drinking water anytime I want.

Last year I purchased an EcoWater system to remove sediment and to remove bacteria from our well water. Ted went above and beyond in scoping the project and buying a replacement bulb for our existing UV light unit. They didn't oversell me.
