From the first visit I knew I would be using Ecowater to install our water treatment system. Ted was very knowledgeable about their products and... knew exactly what we needed to treat our orange well water. James came out on the appointed day on-time and was very efficient with the installation. It was very neat and he explained how to operate the systems so even I could understand. Just purchased my home and have little to no experience with water softener equipment. Called these guys and they were courteous and... responsive.Some minor replumbing was needed and James was very helpful.Had to place second call because seals of new replumb developed leaks same day, but they will be coming in to correct issues.Despite issues, we would recommend this companyread more

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! From the sales rep, Ted, all the way down to the install gentleman this company was... incredible! Not only were they friendly and professional their work and products are just as phenomenal! My son and myself struggle in the winter with skin issues and in a matter of days of having this new system both of us have softer healthier skin! I can’t thank this company enough and did not realize how much quality water in our home would make a difference! They pride themselves on a family like business and they truly are!read more

We have appreciated the ease of this process from beginning to end. Our sales rep (Ted) was very informative without being pushy and the gentleman... who installed our system was great. He distanced well, didn't take a long time to install, cleaned up after himself and explained the full system to my husband. We will highly recommend Clean Water of VA to others. Results in the water have been instant!! Skin feels smoother, dishwasher is clean and not leaving spots and water tastes great!read more

These guys are great! Called on Dec 22 to ask about getting a quote on water softener. Sales guy came out the next day, Dec 23, to meet with us at... the house. He provided a great presentation on the product and its benefits. Then, scheduled the install the next day, Dec 24. James completed the install in less than an hour. Super professional operation. If you need clean water, I highly recommend you call these guys!read more

Clean Water of Va has been extraordinary...same technician has done our installation and service over the last 2-3 years...only has required filter... changes for our reverse osmosis drinking water system, and one cleaning. We have the best water in Loudoun County. Filters are less expensive through them than on line...read more
