To allow for our problematic, brand new well to have time to stabilize, this company designed, built and installed a temporary double-filter portable unit, then sent me an invoice showing $0.00 as the amount owed.
These people have proved beyond, any doubt, their honest intent to solve problems, even for new people just moving into the area!

They responded quickly to my call by sending Bob, a professional to test my raw and treated water. Bob provided clear advice on the type of system I needed. My installation team, Michael and Marlon did a great job with the installation of my new water softener and removal of my old water softener equipment. Michael took the time to answer all my questions and showed me the settings to update on the display screen when adding salt. A day later after installation, I can already tell a difference in the water softness this morning in the shower! Thank you Clean Water of Virginia!

Hello, I received a great estimate while meeting with Bob and a great installation from the tech. I learned a lot about the water in my area along with the pros and cons of treating water along with the possible long-term effects of not treating hard water. Earlier, a different company quoted a much pricier unit but I opted to wait and get an estimate from Clean Water and subsequently purchased from them. We are very pleased with the unit from Clean Water of VA.

All aspects of the sale install went well with one exception. We were told that the RO system would have enough pressure to supply the ice maker on our fridge but it does not work correctly, as with most RO system/Ice makers connections. I have contacted my sales person and am awaiting to see how they respond. Will update at that time

We had been living in the north side of Winchester and suffered the terrible side effects of having to live with hard water for 10 years because our apartment complex did not allow us to have water softeners.
So we were finally able to move recently to a home we’re renting about 10 minutes away, and thankfully, we, at our own expense, were allowed to install a water softener!!! I have never been happier!! What a relief, not having to clean off hard water stains from everything, every day, and watching appliances like hot water heaters die prematurely. Not to mention the damage that had water does to your hair!
I work in warranty services for a builder in Lake Frederick and I have seen James around the community for years, and my former manager highly recommended him to other members in the community because she had purchased her water softener from James years ago. So, Clean water of VA was placed on our Member Recommended Contractor list and I would also mention what great work they do for new members who did not know that they even had hard water, what to use, and who they could trust. Well, I definitely learned that that would be James and when it came time for me to have my water softener installed, I contacted James, of course!!

Our family is wowed by quality of our well water after Clean Water of VA installed a new the Ecowater System ECR3702 water conditioner with WiFi and ERO 385 reverse osmosis in our home! James did an awesome job installing both systems. Bob, our salesman, did a great job explaining and evaluating our water quality and was very personable and friendly. Bob told us that not only would our family be able to appreciate the difference in water quality, our dogs would too! We thought that the equipment would make a big difference in our water quality and thought Bob was kidding around about our dogs loving the water. Bob was not kidding, he was totally serious and our dogs LOVE the new water system! Everyone is our household is drinking a lot more water now - including our dogs!

I researched companies in the tri-state area that had experience performing water testing, in-house plumbing services and installed highly rated water softeners. My experience with Clean Water of VA, from on-site testing to installation, was outstanding. I was lucky enough to have this plumber named James install my water softener. He was incredibly professional and one of the more technically competent plumbers that have worked in my home the past 20 years. He took his time and was a pleasure to speak to. It wasn't until a day later that I was informed that James was the owner of the company. I would have never known that this humble person who installed my water softener was the owner. It speaks to his work ethic and commitment to his customers. I feel confident I purchased from a local company that will stand by their products and provide professional service.

Ran into an individual in a local hardware store and I started up a conversation with him asking if he was an employee and he said no. After several minutes, the individual made his way back where I was and I asked again, are you sure you're not an employee? He asked me what I was looking for and explained and he offered his solution to my problem as James assisted me with what I needed and got home and everything worked out great. Kudos to James taking that time to assist me when it was an issue having any store employees to come around. Obviously, James didn't have to help but he did, and I was grateful he took a few minutes out of his busy day to help. Many Thanks James, appreciate you taking a few minutes to help a stranger but you made a huge impression as you just never know when you might run into a future customer or someone who will take the time to tell this story so others have a better understanding that Clean Water of Virgina values their customers even when you might not be a current customer.
