I have had Clean Water Equipment for 2 years now, and it has worked perfectly and as advertised. Their service is excellent. Always prompt and on-time for annual service calls to replace filters, add water softener salt, and for checking that everything is working properly. Service appointment today 2/9/26 by Marlon Parker was consistent with their usual good service. He was prompt, efficient, very courteous, and took care of what was needed for annual service in only 15 minutes.

The sales person was knowledgeable, the tech arrived right on time, was super pleasant, and finished on time as well. I had a couple of questions, so I called the office. Their account specialist answered all my questions while providing additional information.

EDIT: They sent someone out to fix the issue by running a new discharge line. Been working great ever since.

Original - Nice guy who installed my water softener, but tied in to my washer drain. Now every few washer cycles it back up through the p trap and floods my utility closet, all over my water heater and furnace.

These guys are #1 in the business! A real person answered my call, and I had a tech checking out the issue by noon, with an estimate shortly after ~ what a relief to have such a great company available when I need them! Gg
