He was able to... walk me through his chemistry kit how exactly he was performing them and what each one was testing. They were able to provide financing which was a huge stress relief because it's a large amount of money. They then came to do the install very quickly. Michael was our installer and he did a fantastic job putting the equipment in the area that worked best for us. When he was done he explained the system one more time and how to use and what the maintenance was like. We could tell a difference immediately on the cold water as he flushed the system before leaving. The hot water was a gradual improvement and Micheal explained this as we needed to work through the water that was already in the water heater. On the second day of using our new system the smell of rusty coins is gone from both the hot and cold water and the water does indeed feel better on your skin when showering.
