I did some research for a new water softener. Ecowater is completely made in the US. I looked for a dealer and found Clean Water of Virginia. They made an appointment, showed up on time and installed the new softener. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Clean Water for any water issue particularly if you are on a well.

I’m so happy that I chose Clean Water of Virginia with my water filter issues. After years of changing those string water filters, which seems to be now only available online, I now have the filterless system and also the UV light system;, with all thanks to Clean Water…. Being on a well which I was not brought up on, my water is a priority. Michael, the installer, was A+. from installation to explaining this whole well water process. Thank you, Michael, and also, Pam, who is definitely not just a scheduler, but is so knowledgeable about water needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service! Called for an appointment and got one within 2 days.
I requested delivery of salt and filters, a water check, and service check on my water softener to clear an error message. The guy who arrived, Marlin, was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, and explained things clearly. I'm very happy with the overall service provided by EcoWater Winchester! Only complaint is the visit charge. $100 just to come to the house for delivery of supplies is awfully steep, especially when we customers already pay premium prices for salt and filters. I'd like to see one free visit per year or $49 delivery fees.
