I have had Clean Water Equipment for 2 years now, and it has worked perfectly and as advertised. Their service is excellent. Always prompt and on-time for annual service calls to replace filters, add water softener salt, and for checking that everything is working properly. Service appointment today 2/9/26 by Marlon Parker was consistent with their usual good service. He was prompt, efficient, very courteous, and took care of what was needed for annual service in only 15 minutes.

Clean Water of Virginia installed an EcoWater water softener and an RO unit through Costco. Not only did I get a good price - thank you Costco for the rebate - but I got top-notch service! The sales person was knowledgeable, the tech arrived right on time, was super pleasant, and finished on time as well. I had a couple of questions, so I called the office. Their account specialist answered all my questions while providing additional information.
